Banda Performance specializes in training an athlete’s nervous system.  We train movement patterns and energy systems that are unique to your sport instead of targeting individual muscles, as most other trainers do.  You’re not a bodybuilder, so why train like one?

Why Strength Training?

There are over 600 muscles in the body, whose sole purpose is to create movement.  Your muscles will not contract causing movement until they get “permission” from your nervous system.  Strength training causes your nervous system to recruit more muscle fibers, which will allow you to run faster, jump higher, dominate your opponent and reduce your risk of injury.
